• ROUGH CLOTHING offers DOOR-TO-DOOR Delivery in Sri Lanka for all orders
• We charge a flat rate of Rs.250 for online orders in Sri Lanka
• The duration for local delivery will be within 2 to 4 business days

Returns & Exchange

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the package
• There will be delivery charge for returns & exchange.

Delivery Tracking – SRI LANKA

We work with a professional third party delivery service provider. Each order has its unique tracking ID based on which the customers can track the orders, it includes the Current Status of the order, Destination Hub, Name of the Delivery Agent who delivers the order & his phone number etc. You may directly contact the delivery agent for any alterations of the delivery time or place. All orders will be provided with an WAYBILL NUMBER to track the status at www.transexpress.lk
